This conference is designed to provide health care professionals with new perspectives as they care for older adults. Content will focus on caregiver burnout and prevention strategies, community groups, adult daycare, respite care, dietetic needs, meal supplementation, falls with the aging population, discussion surrounding the process for achieving Level 1 Geriatric Emergency Department Accreditation, durable medical equipment and assistive devices, a leadership panel on living facilities, as well as affordable housing.
