APA Format (7th Edition)

  1. In-text citation: Use the standard APA format: (Author, Year). The "author" is typically the organization that created the AI tool.
    • Example: (OpenAI, 2025)
  2. Reference list entry:
    • Author. (Year). Title of the AI tool. Source.

    • Example: OpenAI. (2025). ChatGPT (Feb 27 version). Retrieved from [URL]

    • Author of the Model. (Year of the Version). Name of Model. (List Month/Day version) [Large language model]. Provide link.
