There are 2 main ways to create alerts for new journal issues in the ADL. Journals through Ovid and journals through CINAHL (Ebsco). Below are examples of how to create an alert for specific full text journals through those 2 vendors.
Use the Publication Finder in the ADL and search for your journal title. The example here is NEJM:
After selecting the Ovid Resources option at the bottom, a new tab will open. Click on the eTOC option at the top and after entering your email address you will be added to the Electronic Table of Contents notification system:

Log into your MyEBSCO account. To create an alert, click on the 3 vertical dots under the MyEBSCO icon. Select the Create alert option to save it to your profile.
